Terms: All orders must be paid in full before shipping. All business checks, personal checks, money orders will require a minimum of 7 days for clearance before orders will be shipped. All returned checks will be charged a minimum of $30.00 service fee and other remedies allowed by law.
Custom Orders: An order that is ordered from Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas That is not currently offered from Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas on it’s site. All Custom Orders will be paid in full before orders will be started and shipped. Orders may not be cancelled for any reason once in production or materials have been ordered and will result in loss of deposit.
Warranty: Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas warrants our products free of defects in workmanship for 1 full year to the original owner. Defects are limited to only a defect which is a result of the manufacturing process. Item found to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced or repaired at No cost to the customer except shipping back to us.
Returns: When requesting to return an Item or order. Buyer will provide Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas with a copy of the invoice and a reason for the return. If the return is granted There will be a 20% restocking fee and buyer will pay for shipping back to Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas. No returns after 15 days. Merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition. Custom fabricated orders are not returnable
Safety: Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas will not take any responsibility of Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas products in how where and when products are used. Caution must be taken when using these products in weather and overhead, underground, and fire conditions. Any suggestions Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas or any employee of Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas suggestions on how where and when products are used. can not be used against Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas in anyway. Common sense must be taken when using these products in how, where, and when you use these products.
Shipping: Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas cannot guarantee a particular date for shipping delivery of merchandise because Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas has no control over the shipper, deliverer. But we will guarantee the shipping date it is shipped. For your protection, Orders, merchandise must be checked before making a notation on your receipt. And then make a claim with the carrier. For the amount of damage. All claims must be filed with the carrier and not Thunder Mountain Tent and Canvas.
Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be applied to total amount you purchase in Idaho only and not out of the state of Idaho.
